Do you hold certificate and permissions from the government to use wood?

All of our wood is ethically sourced. We are approved by Vriksh and FSC. We are also approved by international organisations like ISO 9001, 14001.

We regularly give back to the forests by planting more trees and look after the environment for future generations.

What is the lead time on orders?

Every product is different and hence different lead times. Most of the products are delivered within 8 weeks. If you want to know specific delivery time for any product, send us a message (from below) and we will get back to you with an answer. 

What is your return policy?

We have a fair and easy return policy. All products that arrive damaged or come with manufacturing fault will be replaced on our cost. We do not accept returns after 7 days. We do not offer any trial period. Damage caused due to negligence will not be eligible for returns.

What is the warranty on your products?

All of our wooden furniture comes with a warranty of 3 years, which keeps you protected against manufacturing faults and damage.

Marble furniture comes with a warranty of 3 years.

Home décor and accessories comes with a warranty of 10 months.
